  • Formal demands and burofax with late-payment interest calculated
  • Prior negotiation required by Organic Law 1/2025 and its documentary proof (arts. 5 and 10)
  • Payment order procedure (proceso monitorio), available for money debts of any amount (art. 812 LEC)
  • Oral proceedings for claims up to 15,000 euros (art. 250.2 LEC) and ordinary proceedings above that
  • Interim measures and seizure of the debtor assets (arts. 726 and 592 LEC)
  • Monitoring of the debtor situation and filing of claims if insolvency proceedings start
