Compliance is a continuing obligation. A one-off audit is of little use if nobody keeps it alive.

Advice is given either as a one-off matter or on a continuing basis under a retainer. The scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Appointment of a data protection officer where required (art. 34 LOPDGDD)
  • Video surveillance and employee monitoring under arts. 22 and 89 LOPDGDD
  • Legal notice, privacy policy and cookies under the LSSI (arts. 10 and 22)
  • Internal reporting system and procedure (Law 2/2023)
  • Criminal risk map and prevention model (art. 31 bis Criminal Code)
