Purpose and legal basis
Data you provide through the contact form, email or phone is processed to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Retention and recipients
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if an engagement is formalised, for the applicable legal periods. It is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The contact form uses the form delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a processor and only forwards your message to the firm mailbox. The firm does not store messages on any server of this website. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cbaboth@babot-aranguren.com. If you consider the processing inadequate, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
