One-off legal advice when you need it, or continuous advice through a retainer: a periodic fee instead of paying for each query separately.

  • One-off advice. A consultation, a contract, a claim or a specific project, with a fixed quote and no commitment to continue.
  • Monthly retainer. Continuous advice for a fixed fee. You can call before you sign, hire or claim. Most legal problems are avoided with a conversation held in time.
  • Written scope. In both cases we set which areas are covered, how queries are handled and which actions, such as court proceedings, are quoted separately.

Advice for businesses or for freelancers, depending on your case.

Areas of work

Ten areas that answer the legal problems that recur most often for businesses and freelancers in Andalusia.

  • Corporate and company law

Company life creates periodic obligations that, if neglected, turn into personal liability for the director.

  • Debt recovery and unpaid invoices

Non-payment is the most frequent legal problem for small businesses and freelancers, and the one that drains the most cash when left alone.

  • Commercial contracts

A well-drafted contract avoids the lawsuit. An improvised one guarantees it, usually when the client is no longer the person who signed.

  • Leases and real estate law

For most businesses, the lease of the premises is the longest financial commitment they sign. It should be reviewed before, not during, the dispute.

  • Tourism law and holiday rentals

Tourist rental is one of the areas where rules change fastest and where a wrong classification costs the most.

  • Tax advice and disputes

The tax authority has long periods to check and very short periods for the taxpayer to react. Continuous follow-up watches those deadlines.

  • Data protection and compliance

Compliance is a continuing obligation. A one-off audit is of little use if nobody keeps it alive.

  • White-collar crime

When a business dispute crosses the criminal line, the decisions of the first weeks shape the entire procedure.

  • Insolvency and second chance

Insolvency has deadlines that do not forgive and a legal exit, debt discharge, that many freelancers do not know about.

  • Fuel and service stations

The fuel sector combines administrative regulation, special taxation and supply contracts with very high financial consequences.

For foreign-owned and international businesses

  • Companies and branches operating in Andalusia
  • Contracts with Spanish clients and suppliers reviewed before signing
  • Corporate calendar, accounts and director liability
  • Debt recovery and late-payment claims

For freelancers and property investors

  • Self-employed professionals and shops
  • Commercial leases, short-term and tourist rentals
  • Tax notices and appeals
  • Buying property for rental in Andalusia

Frequently asked questions

Do you advise in English?

Yes. Meetings, calls, emails and written advice are available in English and Spanish. Documents that must be filed in Spain, such as court filings or public deeds, are prepared in Spanish and explained to you in English.

Do you only offer retainers or also one-off advice?

Both. You can hire a consultation, a contract review, a debt claim or a specific project with a fixed quote, or a retainer, which is continuous advice for a monthly fee. Many clients start with one matter and move to a retainer when they see it pays off.

What does a legal retainer include?

Continuous advice for a periodic fee: queries, contract and document review, out-of-court claims and follow-up of the company obligations. The exact scope is agreed in writing and court proceedings are quoted separately.

Can you help if I am abroad?

Yes. We work with clients in the eight Andalusian provinces and with clients living abroad, through video call, phone and email, with electronic signature of documents.

I already have an accountant. Do I still need a lawyer?

Yes. Your accountant handles bookkeeping and tax returns. A lawyer on retainer adds judgement on contracts, liability, claims and disputes, and coordinates with your accountant when needed.

Need legal advice for your business or activity?

Tell us what you do and what worries you. We reply with a written proposal, either for a specific matter or for continuous advice under a retainer. No commitment.
